Tenant Placement – Our flagship product. One of the most important tasks in residential property management is finding the right tenant. This takes marketing, negotiations, and screening. We have built a marketing system which has allowed us to assist with the rental of over 400 individual rental properties.  Many of these properties have been leased multiple times since the end of 2005.  When we are screening a potential tenant we investigate the credit reports from all three credit bureaus, and we check public records for any evidence of fraud or other negative activity. Then we submit the results of our investigation to you the owner for your approval prior to leasing your home. If you do not approve, we will continue to market your home until we are able to find an applicant who meets your requirements.

Property Management – Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. One thing that makes us different from most other management companies is that we do not hold you, your property, or your security deposit hostage. Our management agreement includes an easy out clause that allows you to cancel your management agreement with us at any time with a 30 day written notice if you are unsatisfied with our performance. Some companies require you to sign a contract that places all the authority of your home in their hands for the period of the agreement, and is very difficult to terminate early. This agreement allows these companies to order services you are responsible to pay for without your approval, additionally if they provide poor service there is little you can do about it until the contract expires.
